Payment Terms

Exhibition Rules and Terms of Agreement

Article 1: Definitions

1. This exhibition agreement is a contract between Mirae Exhibition Co., Ltd. (the organizer) and individuals, companies, associations, or organizations (the exhibitors).
2. The term "Exhibitor" refers to any participant who submits an application form and contract and pays the deposit.
3. "Exhibition" refers to the "2026 Cafe&BakeryFair" and any related exhibitions included in the annual application package.
4. The "Organizer" refers to Mirae Exhibition Co., Ltd., located at A-1611, SK V1 Tower, Seongsuil-ro 8-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.

Article 2: Booth Allocation

1. Booth locations are allocated based on the order of application and payment, booth size, and other reasonable criteria.
2. The organizer may adjust booth locations for operational reasons or to improve the exhibition layout. Such changes are final, and no compensation will be provided for adjustments.

Article 3: Application and Payment

1. Exhibitors must submit their business registration, application form, and signed contract, along with a 50% deposit of the participation fee.
2. Remaining payments for each event in the "2026Cafe&BakeryFair" series must be made by the specified deadlines to the designated account.
3. If the organizer does not approve an application, the contract will not take effect.

Article 4: Installation and Dismantling

1. Exhibitors must complete booth installation and dismantling within the allotted time and space. Any damage or delays are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
2. Exhibitors must ensure safety during the exhibition. The organizer is not liable for accidents caused by negligence.

Article 5: Booth Management

1. Exhibitors must display only the items listed in their application and manage their booths appropriately.
2. Unauthorized displays, sales, or unapproved items may result in immediate removal without a refund.
3. The organizer reserves the right to restrict access to the exhibition for specific individuals if needed.
4. Booth spaces may not be transferred or subleased without prior approval.
5. Any damages to the exhibition venue caused by the exhibitor must be repaired at their expense.

Article 6: Exhibit Restrictions

1. Only approved items related to the exhibition theme may be displayed.
2. Exhibitors may not showcase products from other companies or sublet their booth without prior approval.

Article 7: Insurance and Safety

1. Exhibitors are responsible for insuring their equipment and items during the exhibition, including installation and dismantling periods.
2. The organizer provides basic security but is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of items.
3. All materials must comply with fire safety regulations.
4. The organizer may require exhibitors to take additional safety measures if necessary.

Article 8: Cancellation Policy

1. If the exhibitor fails to pay the participation fee or refuses to use their booth, the organizer may cancel the application.
2. Refunds for cancellations will be processed as follows:
   a. 50% of the deposit will be refunded for cancellations made 60–90 days before the event. The remaining 50% will be forfeited as a penalty.
   b. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 60 days before the event.

Article 9: Event Changes

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies, the organizer may change, reduce, or cancel the event. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

Article 10: Supplementary Rules

The organizer may establish additional rules, and exhibitors must comply with them. Venue-specific regulations for SETEC, KINTEX must also be followed.

Article 11: Dispute Resolution

Disputes between the organizer and exhibitors will be resolved through arbitration by the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board, and its decision is final.
